These General Terms and Conditions apply to your purchases from and your use of the websites, www.stigasports.com. The Terms and Conditions apply between you and STIGA Sports AB, company reg. no. 556448-8178, Box 642, SE-631 08, Eskilstuna (hereinafter referred to as “STIGA Sports” or “we”). By making purchases from and using this website you agree to the following General Terms and Conditions. We therefore ask you to read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before you use our page or make a purchase.
Your order is a request to purchase product(s) from STIGA Sports. When you place your order, you will receive an email message from STIGA Sports confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to the acceptance of STIGA Sports and subject to availability. STIGA Sports will send you an email confirming that the product has been sent to you, at which point a contract between you and STIGA Sports will be formed.
Orders can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older. Orders made in someone else's name without their consent, or where STIGA Sports suspects a crime, will be reported to the Police. STIGA Sports reserves the right to change or correct prices for orders placed, in which case the customer will be notified and will be able to cancel and receive a refund.
STIGA Sports reserves the right to make final sales of products, possible price errors, stock differences, technical problems, changes in specifications and any typographical errors on our page.
All prices that you see on the STIGA Sports website are stated in GBP including VAT. Prices are stated excluding shipping and payment fees.
Card payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit cards. No extra card fees will be applicable. Our credit card payments are handled by our payment partner, Klarna Financial Services UK Limited.
Invoice 14 days
We partner with Klarna. Once we have sent your order, you will receive an invoice by email. You have 14 days to pay the invoice. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please contact Klarna at +46 8 120 120 10.
Klarna Account
With a Klarna Account, your purchases each month are summarised on an invoice that will be issued at the end of the following month. Read more here.

Swish
We also accept payment through Swish. With the Swish app, you can pay quickly and easily with your mobile device. Select Swish as the payment method at the checkout when you are paying and then follow the instructions using Mobile Bank ID. Payment is taken directly from the bank account that you have linked to Swish. No additional fee is payable for this service.
Deliveries within the UK are carried out in collaboration with UPS and The Royal Mail. We offer the following delivery options.
UPS
Normal delivery times within the UK are 1-5 business days after STIGA Sports has accepted and confirmed your order by email. All orders are traceable with UPS via this link to UPS.COM - https://www.ups.com/track?. UPS delivery options: UPS Standard, UPS Express Saver, UPS Express, UPS Expedited.
UPS Service Point
Your order will be sent to your nearest UPS Service Point. You will receive a notification either through a notice sent to your letterbox or by text message to your mobile phone to pick up your parcel. Valid ID must be provided when picking up your parcel. If the package is picked up by somebody else on your behalf, they must present valid ID for both you and themselves.
UPS Home Delivery
Your order will be sent directly to your home address. A notification will be sent to you by text message or email with a link to the UPS website, where you can select the date and time of delivery. You normally have to sign for the delivery from the courier. For items that weigh 20 kg and over or due to the size of an item, it cannot be sent to your post office, there is a home delivery option. Home delivery notifications are done by telephone.
Royal Mail
Normal delivery times within the UK are 1-5 business days after STIGA Sports has accepted and confirmed your order by email. All orders are traceable through the Royal Mail service.
Post Office Collection
Your order will be sent to the nearest Royal Mail Post Office. You will receive a notification by text message to your mobile phone to pick up your parcel. Valid ID must be provided when picking up your parcel. If the package is picked up by somebody else on your behalf, they must present valid ID for both you and themselves.
Consignment note
Your order will be sent directly to your letterbox. If the consignment note does not fit into your letterbox, it will instead be delivered to your nearest Postal agent as above and you will be informed by text message to your mobile phone.
Royal Mail Home delivery
Your order will be sent directly to your home address. A notification will be sent to you by text message or email with a link to the Royal Mail website, where you can select the date and time of delivery. You normally have to sign for the delivery from the courier. However, you can choose delivery without signature if you choose this via the same link where you book the delivery time. If you do not select authority to leave and the courier cannot reach you at the selected delivery time, the order will instead be delivered to the nearest Royal Mail Post Office as above.
Unclaimed parcels
For parcels that you as a customer do not collect within 14 days (when your order is delivered to a UPS Service Point) or 7 days (when your order is delivered to a Royal Mail Post Office) and it is returned to STIGA Sports, we will charge you SEK 300 for administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. This also applies to 2 missed attempts at home delivery.
Cooling-off period and returns policy Cooling-off period
As a customer, you have a legal right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt. To exercise your right of return, you must notify STIGA Sports that you are cancelling your purchase within 14 days from the date on which you received your order. You can use the form set out in Appendix 1 to these General Terms and Conditions. As a customer, you must be able to prove your purchase from STIGA Sports with a receipt or invoice. After notifying STIGA Sports that you wish to use your right of return, you must return the items you are not satisfied with within 14 days of letting us know. As a customer, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping when exercising the right of return, unless the items are defective or not as described. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receipt of you letting us know that you wish to exercise your right of return. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in value in the items due to your handling of these. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. However, STIGA Sports may not process the refund until we have received the item from you or you can show us that the item has been returned.
Please note that your legal right of return does not apply to products that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear) when the seal has been broken by the customer. The right of return does not apply to bespoke products or products that have been personalised (for example, clothes that have been embossed with your name or initials).

Goodwill Returns Policy
In addition to the legal right of return as above, STIGA Sports offers customers a 60-day returns policy from the date on which you received your order. You have the right to return individual goods or the entire order if you are not satisfied. As a customer, you must be able to prove your purchase from STIGA Sports using a receipt or invoice. The item or order (including its original packaging) must be sent back to STIGA Sports in a saleable condition. As the customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) when using our return policy. STIGA Sports reserves the right to refuse a refund if upon return, the item or order does not meet the conditions stated above. If STIGA Sports approves your refund, the amount will be refunded within 10 days after we have received the return.

Exchange of goods
When exchanging items, you can place a new order for the desired size/product. This reduces the risk of the product becoming sold out in the meantime and you will also receive your new product significantly faster. You send the order that is to be exchanged in accordance with our terms and conditions of return that you can read here. The amount for the returned order will be refunded once the return has been received and processed.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:
a) Up to 30 days: if your products are defective, then you can get an immediate refund.
b) Up to six months: if your products can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
c) Up to six years: if your products do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.
As a customer, you must be able to prove your purchase from STIGA Sports with a receipt or invoice.
If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact our customer service before you send the item/products back via webshop@stigasports.se.
Personal data and Cookies
When you visit our website, we will collect and process some of your personal data for different purposes, including for you to be able to make your purchase. STIGA Sports may also use cookies for example, to improve your experience on this website. You can read more about how we use personal data and cookies here.
STIGA Sports has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information before your order has been confirmed by providing you with notice of the changes. If you are not happy with the changes, you can cancel your order by letting us know. Product images and other information is intended to reflect the product as much as possible.
However, we reserve the right to address any errors that may occur on our website and cannot guarantee that all images reflect the appearance of the product in the right way. The images should only be seen as illustrations. The quality of images can also vary depending on the colour settings you have on your computer.
STIGA Sports will use your email address and phone number to send relevant communications, offers and other mailings including advertising and marketing mailings (collectively referred to as “Mailings”) when you have indicated that you are happy for us to do so. Your right to object to Mailings or to stop emails and telephone communications is always offered in connection with your purchase and with each subsequent marketing communication. STIGA Sports is not responsible for delays that are caused by circumstances beyond the control of STIGA Sports. If your order is delayed, STIGA Sports will contact you as soon as possible and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided that we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any items you have paid for but not received.
Our website may include user-generated content for example, from social media. STIGA Sports accepts no legal liability for such materials. In the event that you suspect a copyright infringement or infringement of any other right or for any other reason feel that your rights have been violated by content published on the website, please contact our customer service.
By leaving reviews of products on stigatabletennis.com, you are also giving STIGA Sports the right to publish them on stigatabletennis.com and in other channels and media. STIGA Sports reserves the right not to publish and/or to delete submitted reviews.
All products will remain the property of STIGA Sports until full payment has been made.
Fraud
All attempts at fraud are reported to Police. STIGA Sports reserves the right to cancel a purchase if there is any suspicion of a crime.
Termination
STIGA Sports reserves the right to close your account and/or terminate your use of the website at its discretion. For example, if STIGA Sports suspects that you have violated these General Terms and Conditions. Such termination may be done without prior notice.
Rights holder
The intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at www.stigasports.com, which belong to STIGA Sports must not be used for commercial purposes without permission from STIGA Sports. All use of www.stigasports.com or its content, including the copying or storage of such content in its entirety or parts thereof, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of STIGA Sports. This website is owned exclusively by STIGA Sports. All material found on this website is reserved by STIGA Sports.
Amendments
STIGA Sports may review these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Every time you buy a product from us, the Terms and Conditions applicable at any time will apply to the contract between you and STIGA Sports. You should therefore visit this page regularly to keep up to date with our latest General Terms and Conditions.
