RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a customer, you always have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal if you should change your mind about your purchase of individual items or your entire order. Further down this page, you will find information on how to return an item. You have the right to verify that the product functions as intended, but as a consumer, you are also responsible for any depreciation in the value of the goods, including the original packaging, resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the characteristics or function of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify STIGA Sports that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you received your order. You must be able to prove your purchase from STIGA Sports using the order number and the email address used when placing the order. After notifying STIGA Sports of your intent to withdraw, you must return the items you are not satisfied with within 14 days. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal. Please also note that you are responsible for packaging the item sufficiently to ensure it is not damaged during transport, and for ensuring the correct address is written on the package.

We will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. However, STIGA Sports may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear) if the seal has been broken by the customer. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized items (e.g., apparel customized with the customer's name or initials).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers.
Money back guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal as stated above, STIGA Sports offers you a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you received your order. You have the right to return individual items or your entire order if you are not satisfied.
You must be able to prove your purchase from STIGA Sports using the order number and the email address used when placing the order. Please note that the item or order, including its original packaging, must be returned to STIGA Sports in what STIGA Sports deems to be a sellable condition. As a customer, you have the right to verify that the item or order matches what you ordered. However, when exercising the satisfaction guarantee, the item or order must be returned unused and unaltered in its original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs when invoking the satisfaction guarantee. Please also note that you bear the financial responsibility for ensuring the return reaches us.
STIGA Sports reserves the right to refuse a satisfaction guarantee claim if the returned item or order does not meet the conditions specified above. If STIGA Sports approves your satisfaction guarantee claim, the amount will be refunded within 10 days after we have received the return.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired size/product. This reduces the risk of the product selling out in the meantime and ensures you receive your new product much faster. The order to be exchanged should be returned according to the "How to make a return" section below. The amount for the returned order will be refunded once the return has been received and processed.
Complaints
STIGA Sports sells all products with a 3-year right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. To exercise your right to file a complaint, you must notify STIGA Sports of the defect within a reasonable time, at most two months, after you discovered it.
The right to file a complaint only covers original defects, i.e., defects that were present in the product upon delivery. An original defect must be confirmed by STIGA Sports, after which the customer will receive a free repair or a new product that is identical or equivalent. The right to file a complaint does not apply if STIGA Sports cannot find any fault with the product or if the customer has caused the damage themselves. The right to file a complaint does not apply to handling errors, incorrectly configured products, or faults that arise during or after your own modification of the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading, or other configurations of the product. You must be able to prove your purchase from STIGA Sports using a receipt or invoice.
Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please attach photos when registering your return in our return portal (according to "How to make a return" below).
Returns
Here at STIGA Sports, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your equipment. If a product does not fit or live up to your expectations, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you received your order.
To make the process as smooth and fast as possible, we handle all returns digitally.
We charge a return shipping fee of £18, which is deducted in connection with the credit for your return. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.
How to make a return

Return shipping: £18, deducted from the refund. Does not apply to items over 20kg or longer than 1.5m. For returns of Table Tennis Tables or similar, please contact customer service.
Follow these simple steps to make a return to us:
- Register the return: Click the link to our return portal and log in with your order number (found in your order confirmation) and your email address.
- Select products: Mark the products you want to return and specify the reason for the return (this helps us improve our products).
- Create your return shipping label: Once registration is complete, you will receive an email with your UPS return label.
- Pack and drop off: Pack the item in its original packaging. Drop off the package at your nearest UPS Service Point. If you do not have a printer, you can show the tracking number to the agent, and they will print it for you.
Please note that we ONLY accept returns sent this way; we are unable to process returns that have not been registered via UPS.
Refunds
We process your return as soon as it is received at our warehouse. Repayment will be made within the deadlines stated above for right of return and money back guarantee. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your order and purchase.
Credit card payment – You will be refunded to the same card used to make your purchase. It usually takes 2-3 business days for you to receive your money back to your account.
Invoice payment - You will be credited for the item/items you are returning. A new invoice will be sent to you by email. If you have any questions about your invoice, contact Klarna +46 8 120 120 10.
Swish – You will be refunded to the bank account linked to your Swish account and the amount deducted for your order and purchase. This refund can be made either directly via Swish or to your bank account.
Unclaimed Packages
We reserve the right to charge for the handling costs that arise from unclaimed packages (return shipping, administrative fees, etc.). If no return registration is completed, a fee of £30 will be charged if a package is not collected. Should your order value be lower than £30, no refund will be issued for an unclaimed package.
