/ The STIGA Achievements Programme
The STIGA Achievements Programme is a new motivation and evaluation scheme for table tennis (inspired by Sweden’s classic Citizen's Swimming Award) that makes table-tennis development clear, fun, and measurable for both players and coaches.
STIGA Achievements makes the table-tennis journey more fun:
* gives players clear goals they can work to reach
* helps players measure their development
* creates pride and motivation by celebrating progress
* provides visible, wearable proof of development – armbands
* encourages team spirit in the training group
* gives coaches a clear development and measurement method to work with
STIGA Achievements armbands are available for three levels: Control (yellow), Precision (orange), and Skill (green). Fulfil the goals for each step and collect armbands in various colours – proof of your progress as a player!
STIGA Achievements have been developed in collaboration with Malte Möregårdh, Ulf “Tickan” Carlsson, och Marcus Sjöberg.

Switch bouncing the ball between forehand and backhand at least 25 times without dropping the ball.

Play at least 25 shots in a row with a coach/partner without missing a shot.

Serve with a forehand serve from the backhand corner.

Demonstrate consistent control in basic shots during training.
