STIGA Sports launches cooperation with Danish padel star Nils Skajaa and strengthens its presence in Denmark

STIGA Sports continues to invest in the sport of padel and is strengthening its position in Denmark through collaboration with Danish pro Nils Skajaa. With multiple national titles and long experience from international championships, Skajaa is one of the most accomplished and influential players in Danish padel.

Nils Skajaa has been a driving force in professional Danish padel since the sport first came to Denmark. He is a four-time Danish champion (2019, 2020, 2022, 2023) and a two-time finalist in the Danish championships (2024, 2025), and holds the record for the most victories on the highest national level within the Danish Padel Federation. Since 2019, he has played continuously for the Danish national team and has represented Denmark in European, Nordic, and world championship competitions.

“I’m immensely proud to enter into a partnership with STIGA Sports. For 2026, I’m focusing on competing at the highest national level and representing Denmark internationally, and I very much look forward to helping and supporting STIGA Sports in its efforts in the Danish market,” says Nils Skajaa.

The collaboration with Skajaa allows STIGA Sports to strengthen its local presence in Denmark and continue its work to develop padel in the region. With his experience, respected reputation, and strong position in the Danish padel world, Skajaa will be an important ambassador for the brand.

The partnership comprises a two-year agreement for the 2026–2027 seasons, focusing on national and international competitions combined with efforts to strengthen STIGA Sports’ presence in the Danish padel market.
