Shipping & Order tracking

STIGA Sports usually processes orders the same weekday if the product / products are available on web warehouses and the order is placed before 15:00. During larger campaigns (eg Black Friday) when we get very large order volumes, it can take 1-3 days extra. Delivery time varies depending on the selected shipping option (2-7 working days). Products that are not in web warehouses, but which are stocked "in" the central warehouse, have a longer delivery time. Products that are not in web warehouses and that are not "in" the central warehouse can vary greatly in delivery time.

UPS Standard

• Price €9 (Free shipping on orders over 80€)

• Delivery time: 3-7 business days. 

Your order will be shipped between Mondays and Fridays. If you place an order on a Swedish public holiday, it will be processed on the following working day.

Please note that contact information for UPS will be included in the delivery slip, and you can contact UPS directly to agree on convenient delivery time for any of the redelivery attempts. If your order consists of several items, you may receive it as a split delivery. You won't be charged for any additional shipping costs.

 

How to Track your UPS package: 

  1. Click on this link to UPS.COM - https://www.ups.com/track?
  2. Click on the “Track by Reference Number” link on the page. Because of technical issues, the number you have got is the Reference Number.
  3. Copy/paste or write the Reference Number you got from us in the “Shipment Reference” field.
  4. Click on the button “TRACK”.
