Table tennis shoes for training and competitions

Table tennis shoes should be soft, lightweight and flexible while providing proper cushioning during quick footwork. During table tennis play, it’s also important that the sole provides good traction on a variety of surfaces. Ideally, the shoe should also be made of breathable material so your feet don’t become too warm.

Weight is also an important aspect of table tennis shoes. Heavier shoes are louder against the floor, and can make reaction times longer, hence a pair of lightweight shoes is by far the best option. For example, our Liner II shoes meet all these requirements. See our full range of table tennis shoes here.
