These General Terms and Conditions apply to your purchases from and your use of the websites, www.stigasports.com. The Terms and Conditions constitute an Agreement between you and STIGA Sports AB, company reg. no. 556448-8178, Box 642, SE-631 08, Eskilstuna (hereinafter referred to as “STIGA Sports” or “we”). By making purchases from and using this website you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We therefore ask you to read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you use our page or make a purchase.
Your order constitutes a request to purchase certain product(s) from STIGA Sports. When you place your order, you will receive an email message in which STIGA Sports confirms receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to the approval of STIGA Sports and subject to availability. STIGA Sports will send you an email confirming that the product has been sent to you (“Delivery Information”). The Agreement between you and STIGA Sports is concluded when STIGA Sports sends the Delivery Information.
Orders can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older who are not subject to guardianship. Orders made in someone else's name without their consent will be reported to the Police. The same applies to any orders for which STIGA Sports suspects a crime. STIGA Sports reserves the right to change or correct prices for orders placed. If a stated price for a product is obviously incorrect, STIGA Sports may cancel the purchase and if the customer has paid for the product STIGA Sports will then refund the money to the customer.
STIGA Sports reserves the right to make final sales of products, possible price errors, stock differences, technical problems, changes in specifications and any typographical errors on our page.
All prices that you see on the STIGA Sports website are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Prices are stated excluding shipping and payment fees.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit cards. No extra card fee will be added. Our credit card payments are handled by our payment partner, Klarna.
Invoice 14 days
We partner with Klarna. When we send your order, you will receive an invoice by email. The invoice has a payment time of 14 days and there is no invoice fee added. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please contact Klarna at +46 8 120 120 10.
With a Klarna Account, your purchases over one month are summarised on an invoice that will arrive at the end of the following month. Read more here.

We also accept payment through Swish. With the Swish app, you can pay quickly and easily with your mobile device. Select Swish as the payment method at the checkout when you are paying and then follow the instructions using Mobile Bank ID. Payment is taken directly from the bank account that you have linked to Swish. There is no additional fee added.
Deliveries within Sweden are carried out in collaboration with DHL and PostNord. We offer the following delivery options.
Normal delivery times within Sweden are 1-3 business days after STIGA Sports has accepted and confirmed your order by sending Delivery Information. All orders are traceable with DHL Track and Trace.
DHL Service Point
Your order will be sent to your nearest DHL Service Point. You will receive a notification either through a notice sent to your letterbox or by text message to your mobile phone to pick up your parcel. Valid ID must be provided when picking up your parcel. If the package is picked up by an agent, the agent must present valid ID for both you and themselves.
DHL Home Delivery
For items that weigh 20 kg and over or due to the size of an item, it cannot be sent to your post office, there is a home delivery option. Home delivery notifications are done by telephone. Home delivery usually refers to deliveries to the first gate or boundary line at the address.
Normal delivery times within Sweden are 1-3 business days after STIGA Sports has accepted and confirmed your order by sending Delivery Information. All orders are traceable using the PostNord tools, Track letters, packages and pallets.
Your order will be sent to the nearest PostNord agent. You will receive a notification by text message to your mobile phone to pick up your parcel. Valid ID must be provided when picking up your parcel. If the package is picked up by an agent, the agent must present valid ID for both you and themselves.
Your order will be sent directly to your letterbox. If the consignment note does not fit into your letterbox, it will instead be delivered to your nearest Postal agent as above and you will be informed by text message to your mobile phone.
Your order will be sent directly to your home address. A notification will be sent to you by text message or email with a link to the PostNord website, where you can select the date and time of delivery. You normally have to sign for the delivery from the courier. However, you can choose delivery without signing with an authority to leave via the same link where you book the delivery time. If you do not select authority to leave and the courier cannot reach you at the selected delivery time, the order will instead be delivered to the nearest postal agent as above.
Your order will be sent to the nearest PostNord Paketbox. You will receive a notification via a text message to your mobile phone and you can then pick your package from the Paketbox when it suits you. You can pick the package up by using the PostNord app and verifying yourself using Mobile Bank ID.
For parcels that you as a customer do not claim within 14 days (when your order is delivered to a DHL Service Point) or 7 days (when your order is delivered to a PostNord postal agent) and it is returned to STIGA Sports, we will charge you SEK 300 for administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the cooling-off period.
Cooling-off period and Money back guarantee
As a customer, you always have a statutory right to a 14-day right of return if you were to return your purchase of individual goods or the entire order. You have the right to check that the goods are working but as a consumer, you are also responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods in question, including the original packaging that is due to handling beyond what is required to determine the characteristics or functionality of the goods. To exercise your right of return, you must notify STIGA Sports that you are cancelling your purchase within 14 days from the date on which you received your order. As a customer, you must be able to prove your purchase from STIGA Sports with a receipt or invoice. After notifying STIGA Sports that you wish to use your right of return, you must return the items you are not satisfied with within 14 days. As a customer, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping when exercising the right of return. Please note that as a customer you have the financial responsibility for getting the return to us. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receipt of your notification of the exercise of the right of return. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. However, STIGA Sports may wait with the refund until we have received the item from you or you can show that the item has been returned.
Please note that the right of return does not apply to products that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear) when the seal has been broken by the customer. The right of return does not apply to products that are specially manufactured according to instructions from you as a customer or products that have a clear personal character (for example, clothes that have been embossed with your name or initials).

Money back guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of return as above, STIGA Sports offers customers the option of a 60-day money back guarantee from the date on which you received your order. You have the right to return individual goods or the entire order if you are not satisfied. As a customer, you must be able to prove your purchase from STIGA Sports using a receipt or invoice. Remember that the item or order including its original packaging, must be sent back to STIGA Sports in what according to STIGA Sports considers a saleable condition. As a customer, you have the right to ensure that the product or order matches what you have ordered. However, the product must be returned unused and unchanged in its original packaging when relying on the money back guarantee. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping when relying on the money back guarantee. Please note that as a customer you have the financial responsibility for getting the return to us. STIGA Sports reserves the right to refuse a reliance on the money back guarantee if upon return, the item or order does not meet the conditions stated above. If STIGA Sports approves your refund, the amount will be refunded within 10 days after we have received the return.

Exchange of goods
When exchanging items, you will place a new order for the desired size/product. This reduces the risk of the product becoming sold out in the meantime and you will also receive your new product significantly faster. You send the order that is to be exchanged in accordance with our terms and conditions of return that you can read here. The amount for the returned order will be refunded once the return has been received and processed.

Right of complaint
STIGA Sports sells all products with a 3-year right of complaint in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. To exercise your right of complaint, as a customer you must notify STIGA Sports of the fault within a reasonable time, no later than two months after you have discovered it. The right of complaint only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were present in the product at delivery. Original defects will be noted by STIGA Sports, whereupon the customer will receive free repair or a new product that is the same or equivalent. The right of complaint does not apply when STIGA Sports cannot find any fault with the product or when the customer has caused the damage themselves. The right of complaint does not apply to handling errors, incorrectly adjusted products or defects that occur with or after a change in the function and appearance of the product, such as remodelling, upgrading or another configuration of the product. As a customer, you must be able to prove your purchase from STIGA Sports with a receipt or invoice. If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact our customer service before you send the item/products back via email@example.com. After three (3) years you lose your right to make a complaint about a fault in the product.
Personal data and Cookies
STIGA Sports has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information without prior notice. Product images and other information is intended to reflect the product as much as possible. However, we reserve the right to address any errors that may occur on our website and cannot guarantee that all images reflect the appearance of the product in the right way. The images should only be seen as illustrations. The quality of images can also vary depending on the colour settings you have on your computer.
STIGA Sports will use your email address and phone number to send relevant communications, offers and other mailings including unsolicited advertising and marketing mailings (collectively referred to as “Mailings”). Your right to object to Mailings or to terminate emails and telephone communications is always offered in connection with your purchase and with each subsequent marketing communication. STIGA Sports will be exempt from liability for damages and other sanctions that are caused by circumstances beyond the control of STIGA Sports. For example, such circumstances include state intervention, new/changed legislation, war, fires, flooding, interruptions in work, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, delivery failure by suppliers or that STIGA Sports or its partners would be exposed to criminal activity.
Our website may include user-generated content for example, from social media. STIGA Sports accepts no legal liability for such materials. In the event that you suspect a copyright infringement or infringement of any other right or for any other reason feel that your rights have been violated by content published on the website, please contact our customer service.
By leaving reviews of products on stigatabletennis.com, you are also giving STIGA Sports the right to publish them on stigatabletennis.com and in other channels and media. STIGA Sports reserves the right not to publish and/or to delete submitted reviews.
All products will remain the property of STIGA Sports until full payment has been made.
All attempts at fraud are reported to Police. STIGA Sports reserves the right to cancel a purchase if there is any suspicion of a crime.
STIGA Sports reserves the right to close your account and/or terminate your use of the website at its discretion. For example, if STIGA Sports suspects that you have violated these General Terms and Conditions. Such termination may be done without prior notice.
The intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at www.stigasports.com, which belong to STIGA Sports must not be used for commercial purposes without permission from STIGA Sports. All use of www.stigasports.com or its content, including the copying or storage of such content in its entirety or parts thereof, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of STIGA Sports. This website is owned exclusively by STIGA Sports. All material found on this website is reserved by STIGA Sports.
STIGA Sports may review these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Every time you buy a product from us, the Terms and Conditions applicable at any time will apply to the contract between you and STIGA Sports. You should therefore visit this page regularly to keep up to date with the content in our General Terms and Conditions.
Complaints or comments regarding the services or products of STIGA Sports should be notified to STIGA Sports customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
